The Kent Federation of Agriculture (KFA) hosted their annual meeting Thursday, December 8th, 2011 at Ridgetown Campus/ University of Guelph. This year there
were a number of constitutional changes passed. Following that, elections were held for the upcoming Board of Directors. The 2012 Board of Directors are:

The KFA annual meeting is also a time to honour a few of our local citizens and thank them for all they have done. Adrian Jaques was awarded the Ed Campbell
Memorial award as Director of the year, Harry Lawson received the Meritorious Service award, and KFA scholarships went to Theresa Buis and Jeffrey Huston.
This year’s guest speakers, Heidi Wyma- Coordinator support services for Chatham-Kent Libraries and Stephen Jahns- Mgr. Infrastructure & transportation,
both gave a very interesting and educational presentation.
